Alila Purnama, which translates as "Full Moon," is an elegant two-masted timber yacht that epitomizes the basic ideals of design, sustainability, and outstanding service.
Alila Purnama is one of the most opulent liveaboards in the region, built in a traditional design evocative of the renowned Bugis seamen who controlled Indonesia's waves in the 17th century.

With 16 crew members, including a spa therapist, a private chef, a cruise director, and a diving guide, Alila Purnama is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a leisurely trip across Indonesia.

Alila Purnama appears to be a classic Bugis sailing vessel from the outside, with a hand-built wooden hull, multi-tiered wooden cabins, and two towering masts bearing tan-colored sails. The interiors, on the other hand, are fresh and modern, with custom-crafted furniture made of local materials such as teak and rattan, soft sofas and beds, and eye-catching Indonesian artworks and fabrics.

Outside, the  deck has lots of loungers for soaking up the sun and sea breezes, as well as a wooden dining table for gourmet dinners and barbecues under the stars, and plenty of spots to take in the ever-changing panorama of the Indonesian archipelago. Inside, you'll find a tranquil salon, a well-stocked library, and a dining room with windows on practically every side.

The indoor dining area and bar/lounge are next to the outdoor patio. The versatile resident chef not only makes a buffet of Asian and Western cuisine on a regular basis, but will also tailor menus to suit a variety of palates and tastes.
An experienced and committed staff of 16 is onboard to fulfill every whim and desire, with accommodation for 10 guests in 5 exquisite suites. The master bedroom, one of five magnificent suites, is positioned on the open upper deck. The master suite, which has a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a separate toilet and shower cubicle, with 270-degree panoramic views of the ocean and its surrounds. It has a double wardrobe, a writing desk, and amenities in the bathroom.
